These Wandering Roots Yoga

During this time of global pandemic, new paradigms are emerging regarding how we get our daily dose of movement, mindfulness, and connection. I offer online yoga and meditation classes for everybody and every body, and will personalize a class (or classes!) for you based on your own physical and mental focus.

“MindBody Centering Yoga.” A holistic form of yoga that focuses on using the breath to unite the mind and body in the present moment, bringing an increase of calm, clarity, and concentration. 60-90 minutes.


Guided meditations that cover a variety of needs, from increased energy to aiding in sleep and relaxation, from focused concentration to letting go of trauma. 15-30 minutes.

Mommy and Me Yoga

Is it hard to find a spare moment for a yoga practice because of an infant or toddler? Why not invite them onto the mat? Personalized depending on the age of your child, this is a great way to connect with them, as well as giving them an early love of movement. 15-30 minutes.
